Condor Airlines in Germany is operating as Condor Flugdienst GmbH. The airline was owned and controlled by Thomas Cook Travel in the U.K.

Thomas Cook just went bankrupt and left 600,000+ guests are stranded around the globe.Condor kept flying, but how safe is it to fly Condor?

Today Condor received a guarantee of 380 Million Euro by the German Federal Government.
This arrangement, however, is dependent a review by the European Commission.
Once the European Commission in Brussels approves the loan will be paid out by KfW. It’s unclear when this decision can be made in Brussels.

Condor applied for the line of credit to resolve any cash-flow issues due to the bankruptcy of Condors owner Thomas Cook in the U.K.
